Throughout their careers Prism Hospitality Consulting's partners have been fully vested within the management, operations, marketing and information technology disciplines of the hospitality industry, culminating in executive level positions before transferring from a corporate to a consulting role.
Their sum experience in years exceeds seventy-five and includes senior and executive positions held at brands such as Hilton International, ITT Sheraton Corporation, The Savoy Group, Royal Classic Hotels, and Disney as well as numerous independent hotels ranging from 2 star to 5 star across North America and Western Europe.
Following their stellar corporate careers, both Partners transitioned to become hospitality consultants. In their consulting practice they have always endeavored to professionalize the consulting business and to define the art of being a consultant in service to the hospitality industry.
Partners
Mark is a career hotelier. After hotel school he worked at ITT Sheraton in roles of increasing responsibility at every level of the enterprise with leadership roles in both central and property system innovations. Launching his first consulting venture in 1997, Mark co-founded Prism in 2001, serving literally hundreds of clients over the years, usually repeat and always from references.
Capitalizing on 30+ years in the hotel industry, Mark has developed a unique capability to bridge the gap between business need and technical solution. Gaining his hotel operations and managerial experience with Hilton Intl., The Savoy Group, Sheraton and Royal Classic Hotels, Mark later transitioned into the technology side of the business and held senior Product Management positions with HIS, Disney, Anasazi and Pegasus Solutions.
